There is no place for racism, bigotry, inequality or discrimination at Purina anywhere
Together, we have watched with immense sadness and frustration as a despicable act of racism and injustice revealed the inequality and discrimination that unfortunately exists in our communities.
It is unacceptable.
Like many organizations, we take pride in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that does not tolerate hate or discrimination of any sort. And we join others in demanding that we also must stop tolerating it in the communities that we share.
That’s why Purina is more committed than ever to support organizations that serve minority communities, linking arms with community leaders and civic organizations to support equity-driven action in our hometown of St. Louis and beyond. We’re also working to provide our associates with more resources to educate and empower us all as allies while creating a safe and loving place for all members of the Purina family to share and heal.
Many members of our Purina family and our communities are hurting right now, and we stand with them as an ally in the pursuit of change. Because we deserve to live in a world that we are ALL proud to call home.
